Terms of Use
These terms describe the boundaries of the MendHarbor private beta.
Purpose of MendHarbor
MendHarbor is a place for personal expression, remembrance, and reflection. It does not simulate a loved one, claim communication with the deceased, or provide medical or mental-health care.
Your Harbor and account
You control what you preserve in your Harbor. Keep your account credentials private and upload only content you have the right to preserve. Harbor records are associated with your authenticated account; a limited device copy supports drafts and continuity.
Service boundaries
The private beta may change or experience interruptions. MendHarbor is not a backup service, therapy, medical advice, or crisis response. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable photographs, recordings, and documents.
Removal and support
You may permanently delete individual content or your Harbor. Deleting a Harbor does not currently delete the separate sign-in identity. Contact MendHarbor for account or privacy assistance.
